Normally, routine maintenance is carried out during night time hours, but any planned maintenance likely to incur downtime will be advertised in advance. You may share links to this website. We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if forseeable, arising under or in connection with use/inability to use this site or reliance on any content displayed on this website. We do not guarantee this website will be free of viruses or bugs. About My Dog Shows
My Dog Shows is owned and run by Dogification Ltd. It is a web app which provides users with information relating to competitions and events around the UK which involve dogs. Users on this site can visit as a guest, a registered account holder or a subscriber. Some services we provide are free and others are on a paid for basis, either by annual or monthly subscriptions. The amount of information offered increases according to which role the user has.
Intellectual Rights
My Dog Shows is a registered Trademark and we own the intellectual property rights of our web application and all proprietary information contained in this website.
Website Usage
The website can be used in three ways: as a guest, as a registered user or as a subscribed user. By registering as a user or subscribing to paid content and choosing what service package you would like and how long you would like it for, you are entering into a contract between Dogification Ltd and yourself, and you acknowledge and agree to these terms, as well as the terms set out in our Privacy and Cookie Policies.
Registering as a user is free and provides access to all free content.
The subscription fees are set out below:
Agility is £3.99 per month or £39.99 per year,
Breed Showing is £5.99 per month or £59.99 per year,
Hoopers is £1.99 per month or £19.99 per year,
or subscribe to All Activities for £7.99 per month or £79.99 per year.
Cancellation
No refunds are given for subscription cancellations.
If you wish to cancel, go to "My Account, My Activities, Manage Subscription" and, if you have an active subscription, you will be able to cancel it here – this will cancel your My Dog Shows subscription and your recurring Paypal payment. If you do this, we recommend that you check your Paypal account to confirm the recurring payment has been cancelled.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account by going to "My Account, Me, Personal Data" and follow the on screen instructions. This will completely remove your details from mydogshows.co.uk and cannot be reversed and any information you had stored in the My Dog Shows web app will be lost forever.
We may update this notice from time to time as necessary and we will advertise any changes on the My Dog Shows web app and our Facebook page.
